If you have never sat through a roller coaster ride in your life before

you would never had dreams of falling off something ie building, bed, chair, balcony or anything for that matter.

Reason: that feeling of falling off something often relates to the feeling of adrenalin and rush when your guts and organs gets thrown around in your body just like how you experience the descent from the apex of a rollercoaster.

So let's just say someone that has never had one of those thrill rides 'ever' in their life. Not once at all. Would they or have they ever had one of those dreams where they fall off something which in process... triggers the jerks, twitches or spasms of one's body in their sleep?

This shall be my research in the wee while to find out this curious little thought I just had after my caffeine hit for the morning.
