F**shing weird night!

So this is the continuation of another weird night at the casino that I had mentioned in my last post of my royal flush dismay.

So this was one night where I was all geared up to redeem my free spins on one of it's promotions. So when I had arrived, I headed to the mens and after I was done, this Asian dude who looked scruffy with long hair came up to me and did some sign language and pointing to my wrist and I thought he was asking for the time, as I was going to tell him verbally, he just grabbed my wrist and looked at it himself. That seriously freaked me out a little.

So, away I went for a nice refreshing glass of beer at the bar. Making my way to the roulette tables to have a look, there I was standing and as soon as I was going to take a nice sip, a asian man with his partner knocked me from behind and what was left of my sip spilled all over me and the best part these bloody ^&*^$^&(!@#! didn't realise it and went of yakking away. I was boiling but I just couldn't bring myself to make a scene especially in a casino.

Later on, I took my beer to the balcony and this other asian guy comes along puffin away on his ciggarette so rapidly it was as if, he was looking for lung cancer and not the other way round. But that's not the weird part, the thing about him was that he was doing this circular motion bends with his hips just like the ones we do during our warm ups for sports and the best part he did it as if the 20 odd people there wasn't paying attention to that attention grabbing activity he was doing. And he acted as if no one was watching. R-E-S-P-E-C-T-A!

Next I spent some time watching stud poker and had received a text from a mate who was downstairs having coffee and asked if I would like to join them. So I told myself I'd leave in a few minutes after watching the poker games. The next stud poker table was clapping away to a winner for a special hand just like how they do casinoes elsewhere. I went to see what hand and who got it but it was already the next round already. Standing behind this couple who looked like islanders, he was holding a hand and he had 5,6,7,9 all hearts and the partner told him to just go on a blind hand (means that the player would go ahead without looking at his own hand). So the dealer opens his cards and he does not qualify. And this dude in front of me just holds the last card and thumps it on the table and true enough it was the 8 of hearts. This guy just got a 'straight flush' in front my very eyes and the best part, he bet blindly and taking 10% of the jackpot which amounted to 12.000 plus. His partner couldn't believe his luck. And the irony of the whole lady luck smiling on this dude was the fact that the round before he had gotten a 'four of a kind'! Some people just have all the luck in the world!

Lady luck, I know I should anticipate my luck but when is my turn? (humming the rendition of 'What about me' by Shannon Noll) When are you going smile down on me?
