Absence makes the mind go numb
Yes yes, I hear ye! This is the second attempt in blogging. Unfortunately the first did not turn out due to the countless problems with publishing it.
So, it has been a while since I had blogged about something which was eventful, interesting and worthy of a mention. So here goes.
I shall try and sum up all that had happened ever since my moonlight fishing expedition. Was just a month ago. But it is just sheer frustration after typing out what was starting off as a short summary and ended up a comprehension. And what has blogger got to award their dear user? Unfruitful publishing and that went wrong. So you must understand Jonesey, I tried. Full stop. And i would like to apologize to lamers out there such as Jay that there wasn't anything worth looking at here. Thank you for stopping by though, hope you enjoyed your stay though considering you had fun with the tagboard.
1) Got myself a job in a security firm, dealing in alarms and monitoring of home and commercial. To cut the story short on what I do. I have given myself a title/position. Customer relationship representative. Sounds neat innit? C'mon, you know I'm good in customer relationship management.
2) Travelling 80 km everyday back and forth. Thank God, the hours are just minutes shy away from the peak hour traffic. If not I'd be a sad sad man. I'd probably break my left leg from over-exhaustion from pressing and releasing the clutch. Though I have an insurance cover but that is not the way I'd like to break a leg. I rather break it doing silly, extreme and what tough guys are made of. Such as skiing, snowboarding, heck I wouldn't even mind breaking a leg from falling of a staircase. But not from stepping on the clutches that drives your lazy ass around.
3) Been on the net very often playing Warcraft 3, frozen throne and it has grown some roots around me whenever I sit myself down after dinner.
4) Been brushing up a lot on my telephone ettiquette lately just dealing with the copious amount of phone calls I have to make. Wopuldn't be surprised if I start to establish my own mix of accent. As much of you guys out there would know, I s**k in conversing through the wire. So this is sort of a good training ground for me.
5) Have not been working out much, but I have been sweating my load off. How does that work? Without the slightest hint of effort at all. Anyone who would like to slim down and sweat it out. Ask me! *consultation fees apply*
6) Been officially a satisfied and believer in internet shopping. Officially a proud ebayer. Got a pair of shades all the way from the states. Took 13 days of anxious and worrisome waiting. But well worth the savings. On the 12th day of my wait, I decided to message the seller regarding what had happened with the transaction across the pacific ocean and guess what? Murphy struck again. On the 13th day, it had arrived.
7) Mission bay jazz fest was really nice and soothing to the soul. Just that the parking for an event such as that just doesn't make it worth your travel and time really. Never had I seen such great enthusiasm of people going to great lengths just to attend a jazz festival and park up 2-3 kilometers of uphill residential parking. Note to myself: Bring your own poison and head in early next year.
8) Been thinking and has interesting talks regarding business and how to save, invest, and make some money. The bling bling and the ka ching ching makes me think think.
9) Have finally watched a 'revengeful' kind movie which could easily match the blood spewing, heart stabbing movie Payback by Mel Gibson. And it's titled 'Man on fire' starring Denzel. That's the way movies should be without the essence of forgiveness and remorse whatsoever whether he or she is a good guy or hero. That's more realistic in my opinion.
10) Missing cny celebrations but it this time around, my mom made a makeshift 'yee sang' for the reunion dinner and it sure did hit the spot. The spot that took two years to uncover.
Ok, though there should be some topics and issues which is worth a link. But at this very moment, I couldn't be arsed doing so.
