Two things that that I've seen and heard too much on tv.

The word I've heard too often

The one single word I've heard one too many times on tv is 'Iraq'. So much so that it's annoying whenever i flick to CNN. If you had realised there isn't much of that topic on BBC or PRIME. sigh.

The thing I've seen too often

The thing that I've seen too many times on tv is many different types of ab-builders, consrtuctor, creator and whatever you may call it. It's that late at night and you are sleepy and maybe don't have much patience at the end of a long day. ANd the thought of seeing a product that you've seen once too often. And many a times your mates have told you they did buy one and it doesn't perform the work as it was promised on tv.
